During Dr. Pham’s free time he works with a large group of car enthusiasts. This group of people have a focus on helping and providing community involvement to improve the well being of sick children.
Last December Dr. Pham helped organize a toy drive involving 40 cars including Lamborghinis, Ferraris, and many other exotic cars. This event facilitated over 600 Christmas presents to be donated to children. On a Saturday morning 12 Lamborghinis dressed up as reindeer along with the truck filled with the donations,“Santa’s Sleigh”, drove to Memorial Hermann and Shriner’s Children’s Hospital. Some of the children were able to come out of their rooms and touch these amazing cars.
The event was a big hit, and Dr. Pham plans to help organize more community outreach events.
Last year was such a success Dr. Pham and his Lambros group in conjunction with ODR Pediatric Urology Foundation put together a back to school drive to pass out free book bags as well as school supplies and a fun filled day for the children before they headed back to school.
